Twitter is now available via IsatPhone Pro and to mark its arrival, customers are asked to start tweeting @isatphonelive over the next three months to have a chance to win a new IsatPhone Pro external antenna. With the new firmware release in September, Twitter will be fully integrated into the IsatPhone Pro and will be the only satellite phone offering full Twitter integration. For the price of a SMS users can update their Twitter profile, send tweets and receive Tweet updates via SMS on the profiles they are following. Twitter is a great way to stay in touch with friends and family and if customers do not have a Twitter account, they may find this functionality useful when travelling, for example receiving travel alerts from the embassy of the country they are travelling to, weather alerts through to keeping in touch with family and friends.
