Bluestone Capital Partners: Houlihan Lokey adds local boutique investment bank to gov-con team

Houlihan Lokey is reloading its government contracting investment banking practice by merging Bluestone Capital Partners, a neighboring Northern Virginia boutique firm, into its aerospace, defense and government services group.
