Grupo Energía Bogotá has acquired Electro Dunas Cayman Holdings from Blue Water Advisors. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Peru, Electro Dunas provides distributed generation solutions as well as construction, operation and maintenance services for power infrastructure and equipment.
