Bone Medical: Bone Medical to update on acquisition

Bone Medical (ASX:BNE) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending details in relation to the proposed acquisition of Takor Group Pty Ltd.The Takor Group is an Australian geospatial company and currently has two core location-based products.The first is the mobile GIS application Mappt for Android tablet; the second is Kojai the geosocial app for Apple iOS.The company said the goal for Mappt into the go to choice for anyone requiring not only offline maps, but also capabilities for enabling their own data with analysis and editing, void of any tethering to existing desktop software.The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Thursday 19th November 2015, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
