Thats a great article... This is an important step for smaller sized customers that simply want to run a single solution rather than the current disjointed scenario of 2 separate solns. Sales and Service esp in a smaller business simply need to be one-of-the-same. A fair chunk of Service is very simple - logging and managing tickets. This will meet that need. The multi-channel component will be very interesting to see what eventuates.
