Hi Prabhat, There is no public documentation for this functionality unfortunately. However, similar functionality is now offered out-of-the-box in current versions of Siebel, from IP2014 upwards. Additionally, in IP2015, with the latest patchsets, this makes use of the new DISA framework (https://blogs.oracle.com/SiebelOpenUI/entry/introducing_desktop_integration_siebel_agent) which allows you to build your own custom integration between Siebel Open UI and the users' desktop applications.
