Bread & Company: Nashville's Bread & Company bought by Florida-based restaurant group

First Watch, a Florida-based restaurant group that specializes in casual dining, has bought Bread & Company, a local bakery and cafe, with intent to keep the restaurant's two locations operating as Bread & Company stores. Under the terms of the deal, First Watch will acquire Bread & Company's recipes, marks and intellectual property, in addition to its two stores (located in Green Hills and along West End Avenue).
