Walking about town, you may not spot many - but when you see one, you are instantly attracted to them! Well, we are talking about food carts here! ;)What do you think makes them so appealing? Well, for one, we human beings love the word 'food'. When ever, where ever we see a food place which is different or new, we always want to try it out. Food carts are pretty much the same, people come and look at your menu, have a little chat, take photos (because carts are rare!). It has a knack of pulling people towards itself. Having a cart around your neighbourhood gives you a kind of community feel, a watering hole, where you gather and hang out.It's no wonder that we've got so many famous food cart festivals around the world! Some of them are in Vancouver, Ohio and Chicago.When WE put out our first cart, the idea of serving the most important meal of the day with a personal touch was the obvious reason! Parked near startups and parks - so you can just grab a meal when you're on your way to work, or on your way back from the gym.
