Buffalo Filter: Another round of layoffs coming to Buffalo Filter site after ConMed acquisition

It was a hopeful moment last December when Utica-based ConMed Corp. announced plans to acquire Buffalo Filter, the Lancaster-based company that had been founded in 1991 and sold to a private equity firm in 2013.
