You simply sign up online and submit your claims before each quarterly deadline. There are three submission methods from which to choose: paper form, customizable Excel spreadsheet, and online submission. To file your claim, select which manufacturers you used, list the addresses that received those products and the supplier or installer you used, and submit the form! No need to save receipts or do onerous research; this program makes it simple to save. You'll receive a single rebate check in the mail once your claim is processed.
