Cadence McShane Construction Company, Anthology Senior Living and PRDG Architects recently celebrated the "Topping Out" milestone for the Anthology of Highland Park assisted living and memory care facility located at the corner of Throckmorton and Herschel near downtown Dallas, as the project team placed the uppermost steel member of the building.
