Lowlands Group plans to rebrand Café Bavaria with a northwoods-inspired concept called The Buckatabon. The local restaurant group announced the renovation plans Wednesday. Updates to Café Bavaria follow two years of renovating other Lowlands Group properties, most recently a Bay View establishment. This year, the company rebranded Café Centraal as Centraal Grand Café & Tappery.
