Cafe Centraal: Café Centraal to close in January for renovations

Lowlands Group plans to move the entrance, expand the kitchen and evolve the menu as it renovates Café Centraal in Milwaukee's Bay View neighborhood. The restaurant opened in 2008 on a "shoestring budget," according to Dan Herwig, Lowlands Group's director of brand and marketing.
