Calamar is pleased to announce the appointment of Cheryl Green, Esq. as corporate general counsel. Green has over 20+ years-experience with extensive knowledge in construction, real estate development, finance and risk management. She is a regular contributor and author to the E&O Report, a nat’l publication on Risk Management/Risk Transfer. Green is responsible for overseeing and managing all legal matters for the entire corporation including M&A, real estate transactions and best practices.
