The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs says its 295,000-square-foot outpatient health-care center in Charlotte will open in April. That roughly $104 million, six-story building is being constructed on a 35-acre parcel at West Tyvola Road and Cascade Pointe Boulevard. Childress Klein Properties of Charlotte teamed up with Cambridge Development Group of Virginia on the project.
