Capital Square Partners Pte Ltd.: Capital Square Partners, Basil Technology Partners to merge after $700m deal

Singapore-based Capital Square Partners and Basil Technology Partners are set to initiate a merger following a $700-million deal earlier this year that saw the two GPs combine assets and capital into a new vehicle called CSP Fund II, top executives at the private equity firms told DealStreetAsia.
