CaptiveAire Systems: North Carolina manufacturer blames layoffs on Covid-19 restrictions

Youngsville manufacturer CaptiveAire Systems is turning from furloughs to permanent layoffs, and its top executive is blaming N.C. Gov. Roy Cooper's decision to extend phase 2 restrictions.
