Carlson: Former General Mills CEO, U regent Ken Powell appointed to Carlson board

Carlson Inc. appointed Ken Powell, chair of the University of Minnesota board of regents, to its board of directors, effective April 1, according to a press release issued on Wednesday. Powell is the former chairman and CEO of Golden Valley-based General Mills Inc.
