Greater Greenville Real Estate Market APRIL 2017 According to a news release by the National Association of Realtors®, all major regions saw a notable hike in contract activity last month (February 2017). The release also stated that the Pending Home Sales Index, a forward-looking indicator based on contract signings, jumped 5.5 percent to 112.3 in February from 106.4 in January.
