Carolinabeveragegroup: Suits allege stock fraud involving Rick Siskey and Carolina Beer & Beverage

Two lawsuits accuse the late Rick Siskey and one of the the founders of Carolina Beer & Beverage of fraud and insider trading in a scheme against some of the company's original investors that netted Siskey close to $28 million. One of the suits also names Metropolitan Life Insurance, for whom Siskey worked as a top insurance salesman and represented himself as an investment adviser at Wall Street Capital.
