Available January 1, 2019, the service will target positions within the $30,000 - 50,000 annual salary range. While Carver-Olson Hospitality Search manages searches for positions in the annual salary range of $50,000 and higher, and Carver-Olson C-Search targets roles at the $150,000 and above, the Carver team saw a need for their hospitality clients in other segments, which led to the development of the new service."Creating TalentXpress was a natural progression because our entire search team is comprised of experienced hospitality professionals whose networks encompass not only the hotel industry, but the restaurant arena as well," said Carver-Olson Managing Director Peggy Olson. Another service TalentXpress will provide clients for a flat fee is the research and results discovered as interested candidates in a particular opportunity surface. This service is priced at a lower cost to connect candidates directly to clients, without the Carver team involvement in the whole interview and closing process. "We consider this a more efficient way for clients to benefit from our network and cold calling/candidate identification efforts - we route those candidate 'lists' directly to clients," said Olson. "It's a faster way of getting candidates to clients, while also securing candidates' interest in the position up front."
