Providing another search service option for restaurants and hotels ATLANTA, GA - November 27, 2018 - Carver-Olson Hospitality Search, a subsidiary of The Carver Companies announced the upcoming launch of TalentXpress, a new search service that will focus on candidates for restaurant and limited service hotel jobs. Available January 1, 2019, the service will target positions within the $30,000 - 50,000 annual salary range. While Carver-Olson Hospitality Search manages searches for positions in the annual salary range of $50,000 and higher, and Carver-Olson C-Search targets roles at the $150,000 and above, the Carver team saw a need for their hospitality clients in other segments, which led to the development of the new service."Creating TalentXpress was a natural progression because our entire search team is comprised of experienced hospitality professionals whose networks encompass not only the hotel industry, but the restaurant arena as well," said Carver-Olson Managing Director Peggy Olson. TalentXpress, a modified and simpler version of search, will be offered at a flat fee with a split payment method. According to Olson, through TalentXpress, the Carver team will take their clients' specifications, identify and present candidates, and facilitate the hiring process. Another service TalentXpress will provide clients for a flat fee is the research and results discovered as interested candidates in a particular opportunity surface. This service is priced at a lower cost to connect candidates directly to clients, without the Carver team involvement in the whole interview and closing process. "We consider this a more efficient way for clients to benefit from our network and cold calling/candidate identification efforts - we route those candidate 'lists' directly to clients," said Olson. "It's a faster way of getting candidates to clients, while also securing candidates' interest in the position up front."
