Interpublic's (NYSE:IPG) Casanova//McCann acquired by agency CEO Ingrid Otero-Smart. McCann Worldgroup is part of the Interpublic Group. Casanova will remain part of the McCann network as an affiliated agency partner, with McCann holding a minority stake in the company. Otero-Smart will retain the senior management team. Terms weren't disclosed.
