Catholic Eldercare: $10M project adds 'transitional care' to Minneapolis

Senior-living provider Catholic Eldercare is opening a transitional-care facility in Northeast Minneapolis as part of a $10 million expansion project. Transitional-care centers serve patients who have left the hospital following a medical procedure but aren't well enough to go home.
