Catholic Health Initiatives: Colorado's Catholic Health Initiatives cuts 620 jobs in Texas

Colorado-based Catholic Health Initiatives' Texas division said today it has eliminated 620 positions across its three systems in the Lone Star State. That 620-position reduction is less than 4 percent of Arapahoe County-based CHI's Texas workforce. It includes 459 layoffs and 161 vacant positions across CHI Texas' 17 hospitals, its employed physician network, its freestanding emergency centers and other assets.
