CB&T: California Bank to Acquire FirstBank Coachella Valley, CA Branches

California Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, entered into an agreement to acquire four branch locations in Palm Desert and Indio from FirstBank, headquartered in Lakewood, Colorado.
