CEG Construction: Arts District Office Campus Sells for $80 Million

The Switchyard, a creative office building in the Arts District, has sold for $80 million. San Francisco-based real estate company SteelWave purchased the 150,451-square-foot property from Pico Rivera-based CEG Construction.
