Centuryhealthcare: Austin's Fringe Benefit Group buys North Texas-based health care firm

Austin-based Fringe Benefit Group, which creates employee benefit packages, said Tuesday that it has acquired North Texas-based Century Healthcare.Century Healthcare, which will keep its name under the deal, specializes in customized medical plans for employers.
