CGS: Stellex Capital Management completes acquisition of Custom Glass Solutions

Custom Glass Solutions has been acquired by affiliates of Stellex Capital Management (Stellex), a middle market private equity firm with offices in New York and London. The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
