So far, 2016 has been a busy and productive year at Chameleon Associates! Highlights from our 2nd quarter include: MINNESOTA SHERIFF'S ASSOCIATION The Minnesota Sheriff's Association (MSA) hosted a two-day Proactive Threat Assessment and Security Questioning course from Chameleon as well as a two-day Active Shooter: Lessons Learned in Israel seminar from IMI (Israel Military Industries) expert trainers. Formed back in 1885, the MSA mission is to provide training and education to insure maximum preparedness to serve and protect citizens. Attendees included MSA members as well as representatives from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. EUROPE We've seen an uptick in training requests in Europe which is not surprising given the increased incidence of terrorist acts there this year. Chameleon has conducted Threat, Risk and Vulnerability assessments for two world renowned museums and we continue to train European law enforcement and security companies on proactive security techniques. VIP PROTECTION This quarter, Chameleon conducted customized training to a large protection and security unit working in Southern California. This private unit was interested in adding proactive skills and more knowledge of countering insider threat to better protect their VIP client and his family.
