Champion Realty has launched a new, augmented reality smart phone app that lets you scan neighborhoods to find homes for sale and see photos of their interiors, greatly speeding the buyer’s search process. Champion is the first real estate company to offer this tool in Maryland.The free app, with Champion’s “X-Ray VisionSM,”combines GPS technology and information that is updated every 15 minutes to display the most current properties in the Multiple Listing Service.
