Champion Technology: R9B Makes Strategic Investment In Champion Technology's DarkLight

R9B (root9B, LLC), a provider of cybersecurity tools which has one of its big centers of operations in San Antonio, announced on Monday that it has made a strategic investment in a developer of artificial intelligence tools for the cybersecurity area. According to R9B, the investment in Champion Technology comes along with a partnership and alliance where R9B will integrate Champion's DarkLight artificial intelligence software into its R9B ORKOS and ORION products, to enable AI-driven response actions to security events. Size of the investment was not announced. R9B said the deal will provide real-time advanced data analytics to R9B's Adversary Pursuit Centers (APCs) in Colorado Springs and San Antonio, increasing security efficiency.
