The median sales price in Mt Pleasant South of the IOP connector is up 7.7% YTD over 2018. Median sales price so far there this year has been $505k.The 2 major Summerville areas are up about 10% YTD in terms of median sales price over 2018. Johns Island is up 8.2% YTD in terms of median sales price over 2018. Median sales price there has been about $328k so far in 2019. Redfin says that Charleston is the 3rd most affordable city in the US in terms of raising a baby. Charleston ranked #20 in terms of happiness out of 180 US cities investigated according to WalletHub.
