Chelsea Group: Honolulu energy firm expanding its office at Pacific Guardian Center

Chelsea Group Ltd., a Honolulu-based energy efficiency consultant firm, is expanding its current digs in Downtown Honolulu, which will total about 1,500 square feet, the head of the company confirmed to PBN.
