Chemoil: Chemoil to retire more than $71M in RIN credits under settlement

U.S. EPA and the Department of Justice allege that San Francisco-based Chemoil Corp. exported at least 48.5 million gallons of biodiesel from 2011 to 2013, but failed to retire the more than 72 million RINs that were generated for the exported fuel.
