China Huishan Dairy Holdings: County Court Adds Liaoning's Former Richest Man to 'List of Dishonest Persons'

Liaoning Province Panshan County People’s Court has labeled Yang Kai, chairman of China Huishan Dairy Holdings Co. [HKG:6863] and last year’s richest man in Liaoning, a ‘dishonest person’ after failing to repay debts he could afford to settle.
