China Huishan Dairy Holdings: Shenyang Court Grants Huishan Dairy Bankruptcy Reorganization

Liaoning Shenyang Municipal Intermediate People’s Court accepted the petition for bankruptcy reorganization by the creditors of China Huishan Dairy Holdings Co. [HK:6863], it announced on Dec. 4, and the company has officially started the bankruptcy reorganization procedure with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd. (HKEX), it said.
