CID Resources: Superior buys medical scrubs maker for $88M

Superior Group of Companies has bought CID Resources Inc., a Texas company that is one of the largest provider of medical scrubs in the country. Superior paid $84.4 million in cash for CID, and issued nearly 151,000 shares of the company's stock, the company said in a filing Thursday with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
