Circuit of The Americas: COTA raising $65M toward its long-awaited amusement park

That's according to a pair of Sept. 23 filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, which show that Delaware-based COTA Emerald Fund LP has raised more than $46 million so far. More sports fields, a hotel, a water park and an amusement park are part of the grand plan for Austin's F1 track.
