Citi Habitats: Citi Habitats inks lease for HQ at TF Cornerstone's 387 PAS

Residential brokerage Citi Habitats inked a lease for a new corporate headquarters at TF Cornerstone's 387 Park Avenue South. The firm is taking up roughly 19,000 square feet on the fourth floor of the building between East 27th and East 28th streets, which is a few blocks north from its current offices, according to the New York Observer.
