TOWN Residential announced that the team led by industry veterans Antonio del Rosario and Jack Elliot Heard has joined the firm's Greenwich Village, located at 530 LaGuardia Place. The j + a equities team LLC was named Citi Habitat's January 2015 number one team office-wide.
