The Citizens Bank of Kansas board of directors named three new community bank presidents, including two coming from last September's merger with Verus Bank. Bert Anderson is the new president of the El Dorado Citizens Bank after holding a similar job in El Dorado with Verus Bank. Anderson was with Verus for 14 years and has been in banking 29 years overall. David Chappell is Citizens' new Augusta branch president.
