City Winery: Downtown's City Winery plans relocation after building sells for $21M

City Winery is on the hunt for a new home- and it won't be downtown. After a group of local investors bought the event venue for $21M, the popular winery and event venue announced it has signed a 3.5-year lease and has started the search for a new location.
