Citygrove: Shoosmiths advises on entire life-cycle of award-winning London mixed-use scheme

Real estate experts from national law firm Shoosmiths have advised Citygrove Securities PLC and its subsidiary Albemarle Developments Limited throughout the lifecycle of re-developing The Old Dairy, an award-winning mixed use scheme in South Ruislip which officially opened its Cinema this week. The mixed-use scheme – which recently won the RICS Award for Regeneration – comprises of 162 residential properties, a Cineworld cinema, an Asda foodstore and family-themed restaurants and will create c.536 jobs and a new heart of South Ruislip.
