Clark Seals: Amsted acquires Clark Seals Ningbo facility

NINGBO, China-Amsted Seals and Forming, a Chicago-based producer of oil, grease and bearing seals, has acquired Clark Seals Ningbo in northeast China, increasing its presence in the Asian market.
