Baltimore caulk maker DAP Products Inc. has acquired Clayton Corp., known for its popular Touch 'N Foam and Touch 'N Seal brands. DAP is a division of Medina, Ohio-based RPM International Inc. Based near St. Louis, Missouri, the foam division of Clayton Corp. has annual net sales of approximately $60 million.
