Pasadena-based CLEC Distribution leased a 27,040-square-foot industrial building at Energy Commerce Business Park, located at 603 E. Sam Houston Parkway South in Pasadena. CLEC Distribution is a distributor and division of Alliance Laundry Systems, which provides commercial and industrial laundry equipment in Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi and parts of Georgia and Florida. Robert Alinger of Colliers International represented the tenant. The landlord, Clay Partners, was represented by John Simmons, Holden Rushing and Chris Haro of NAI Partners.
