CobbFendley welcomes Brad Sumrall, P.E. to our Water Resources Group. Mr. Sumrall has over 26 years of professional water resources, land reclamation, development and master planning experience specializing in potable water/wastewater conveyance and retrofit, reclamation and stabilization of disturbed land, H&H, MS4 compliance and storm water management design and evaluation, and pedestrian trails.
