Composites One has announced a leadership transition, effective December 31, 2025: Leon Garoufalis will become vice chair, while Al Dobbeck, currently COO, will step up as CEO. Dave Smith is appointed as the new chief commercial officer (CCO) to enhance customer care and drive growth. Brendan Gilboy joins as chief financial officer (CFO).
