Concept Construction: Creature comforts are special treats at new SPCA

Fido and Fluffy are getting a new home. Construction is underway on the new, $14.9 million West Seneca home base of the SPCA Serving Erie County. Crews from Concept Construction Corp., the project's construction manager, have been on-site since spring at the 52,000-square-foot building.
