Convergys: Cincinnati will lose a public company this weekend

One of Greater Cincinnati's largest public companies will no longer be locally owned by Monday morning. California-based Synnex Corp. (NYSE: SNX) has announced it plans to close on its purchase of downtown-based Convergys Corp. (NYSE: CVG) on Friday.
